Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive to manage and maintain IT hardware product information across our website and online portals. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry, e-commerce catalog management, and a basic understanding of computer hardware specifications. This role requires accuracy, consistency, and the ability to handle large volumes of product data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload, update, and manage IT hardware product listings on company websites, marketplaces, and internal portals.
• Enter accurate product specifications, including:
• Processor (CPU)
• RAM
• Storage (SSD/HDD)
• Graphics Card (GPU)
• Motherboard & Chipset
• Compatibility Information
• Connectivity & Ports
• Warranty Details
• Maintain product catalogs and ensure all information is complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Update pricing, inventory levels, and stock availability regularly.
• Verify product data against vendor catalogs and manufacturer specifications.
• Upload product images, descriptions, technical documentation, and marketing content.
• Conduct quality checks to identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and technical teams for product information updates.
• Generate periodic reports on catalog updates and data accuracy.

Required Qualifications

• Intermediate, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, e-commerce, catalog management, or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware products and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, or similar portals.
• Familiarity with computer hardware brands and products.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written communication skills for product descriptions and documentation.
