The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry, e-commerce catalog management, and a basic understanding of computer hardware specifications. This role requires accuracy, consistency, and the ability to handle large volumes of product data efficiently.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Upload, update, and manage IT hardware product listings on company websites, marketplaces, and internal portals.</li><li>Enter accurate product specifications, including:</li><li>Processor (CPU)</li><li>RAM</li><li>Storage (SSD/HDD)</li><li>Graphics Card (GPU)</li><li>Motherboard &amp; Chipset</li><li>Compatibility Information</li><li>Connectivity &amp; Ports</li><li>Warranty Details</li><li>Maintain product catalogs and ensure all information is complete, accurate, and up to date.</li><li>Update pricing, inventory levels, and stock availability regularly.</li><li>Verify product data against vendor catalogs and manufacturer specifications.</li><li>Upload product images, descriptions, technical documentation, and marketing content.</li><li>Conduct quality checks to identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement, sales, and technical teams for product information updates.</li><li>Generate periodic reports on catalog updates and data accuracy.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Intermediate, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in data entry, e-commerce, catalog management, or a similar role.</li><li>Basic knowledge of IT hardware products and specifications.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, or similar portals.</li><li>Familiarity with computer hardware brands and products.</li><li>Knowledge of inventory management systems.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Strong written communication skills for product descriptions and documentation.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package (PKR 65,000 &ndash; 85,000).</li><li>Professional and collaborative work environment.</li><li>Career growth opportunities within the technology industry.</li><li>Hands-on exposure to IT hardware and e-commerce operations.</li></ul>Interested candidates can apply by sending their updated resume to: raza.majeed@eplanetglobal.com Subject Line: Application for Data Entry Executive &ndash; IT Hardware Products.Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
