We are actively hiring enthusiastic and goal-oriented Call Center Agents for our Durable Medical Equipment (DME) campaign. As a member of our outbound call team, you will play a vital role in connecting with potential patients, qualifying leads, and guiding them through the process of obtaining essential medical equipment like braces, CPAP machines, and diabetic supplies.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are fluent in English, have a clear accent, and are passionate about helping people while earning competitive commissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential patients in the U.S.
- Qualify leads based on campaign requirements and health insurance eligibility.
- Educate patients about available DME products (e.g., back/knee braces, CPAP, diabetic supplies).
- Accurately gather and enter patient information into the system.
- Maintain a positive and professional tone in all interactions.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Follow HIPAA and compliance guidelines strictly.
Requirements
✅ Excellent verbal communication skills in English
✅ Prior call center or DME campaign experience is highly preferred
✅ Ability to work evening or night shifts (U.S. hours)
✅ Confidence in handling high-volume outbound calls
✅ Basic computer literacy and fast typing speed
✅ Strong sales and persuasion skills
✅ Must be target-driven and self-motivated
✅ Ability to work in a team environment
