Job Description

Squad International is hiring Customer Support Specialists for our Automotive B2B Campaign. This exciting role involves dealing directly with international automotive dealers, selling high-quality Japanese vehicles to clients in UK, Ireland, and the Caribbean markets. The position requires a sharp communicator with at least 6 months of prior experience in a similar B2B or automotive role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Promote and sell Japanese cars to auto dealers across UK, Ireland, and the Caribbean
  • Handle inquiries regarding inventory, pricing, and shipping
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients
  • Manage client portfolios and update CRM with interaction details
  • Provide post-sale support and ensure client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with the internal team on logistics and documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in B2B customer support or automotive sales
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of international trade or export processes is a plus
  • Strong negotiation and client-handling skills
  • Comfortable working in day or night shifts
  • Located in or can commute to PECHS Block 2, Karachi
  • Ready to join immediately
