Job Description

Job Overview:

Role: Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customers have a positive experience with WEBDOC, leading to long-term engagement and increased usage of our services.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, focusing on areas like sales, or managing strategic partnership accounts etc.

  • Strengthen our relationship with existing clients, reinforcing their choice to partner with WEBDOC.
  • Promote awareness and understanding of our products and services to drive adoption and usage.
  • Support strategic objectives and contribute to revenue retention and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Commerical Product, and Account teams to create and execute proactive client contact strategies.
  • Focus on continuous improvement to drive product adoption and usage growth.
  • Update and maintain detailed client profiles in Salesforce, including affiliations, locations, and business interests.
  • Educate clients on WEBDOC’s capabilities to increase product usage.
  • Provide training on product functionalities, either on-site or virtually.
  • Continuously learn about our products and services, and how they can benefit our customers.
  • Understand client business trends and suggest solutions using our products.
  • Route client enhancement requests to the appropriate product teams.
  • Use internal sales tools to optimize client engagement.

  • Strong listening skills and ability to clearly articulate ideas and information.
  • Proven track record of maintaining strong relationships with senior clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in consultative sales or a client-facing role (such as inside sales, prospecting, sales support, customer support) and in handling challenging situations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or MBA.
  • Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • 1-3 years of work experience (preferred: 2 years in sales/account management).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce) or research platforms is a plus.

Job Location: WEBDOC Head Office, Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad

Residents of DHA/Bahria/surrounding areas will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
