Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Provide information about rental rates, terms, and conditions.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
• Process rental agreements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
• Verify customer identification and payment methods.
• Perform vehicle inspections before and after rentals.
• Manage reservations and coordinate vehicle availability.
• Promote and upsell additional services and insurance options.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Provide information on special offers and promotions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the rental office.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
• Assist in fleet management, including vehicle maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with the logistics team for vehicle deliveries and pickups.
• Maintain accurate records of rentals, payments, and customer interactions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions securely.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in the car rental industry or a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using rental management software and MS Office applications.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic and other languages is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,800.00 per month
