Job Summary:

PSI Abu Dhabi is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Portal Specialist to manage, optimize, and support the organization’s digital platforms and portals. The ideal candidate will serve as the key point of contact for portal content management, user access, troubleshooting, and system enhancements, ensuring seamless digital operations across global and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage PSI’s internal and external digital portals, ensuring functionality, security, and user accessibility.
• Maintain and update content, documents, and metadata across multiple portals.
• Troubleshoot user issues and provide technical support to staff and partners.
• Work with IT and program teams to implement system updates, enhancements, and integrations.
• Ensure portals meet usability, accessibility, and branding standards.
• Monitor portal analytics and generate reports to optimize user engagement and performance.
• Provide user training and create guides or documentation as needed.
• Support project management tasks related to digital tool rollouts and platform migrations.
• Collaborate with global teams to align portal functionalities with organizational needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience managing content or data portals, intranets, or enterprise content management systems.
• Familiarity with platforms like SharePoint, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, or custom CMS tools.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
