Primary Purpose
The role of the Full stack Web Developer is to assist the Lead Developer and collaborate with the team to develop and maintain systems that meet business needs. The Coding Artist is responsible for creating unique and engaging web page designs using computer programming skills. As part of the PSI marketing team, the goal is to write code, learn, and take notes from senior team members. In the first few months, depending on proficiency and tasks at hand, the Coding Artist may work in a pair programming environment alongside a senior team member. As proficiency with the codebase grows, there may be opportunities to work remotely and manage time within team deadlines.
Responsibilities

<li>Enhance My Lead (added bulk upload feature, refresh buttons to load leads, tested SMS login).</li>
<li>Create and publish around 35 Power BI reports per team, including lead details, transactions, and units.</li>
<li>Publish reports to My Lead, with the scheduler refreshing those reports every 2 hours.</li>
<li>Create, maintain, and distribute monthly reports showing achievement of critical metrics regarding content creation, website traffic, and other Pipeline work stages.</li>
<li>Take the lead on Health, Safety &amp; Environment (HSE) to ensure “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within the area of responsibility.</li>

A. Educational Requirements / Qualifications:

This role requires a keen understanding of the real estate industry and digital marketing, as well as an eye for detail to ensure our listings meet company standards and engage potential clients.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage Property Listings:</li><li>Upload, update, and maintain accurate property listings on various online real estate portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder, JustProperty, etc.) to ensure consistency and correctness in property details, images, and descriptions.</li><li>Optimization of Listings:</li><li>Optimize property listings to enhance visibility, engagement, and lead generation by using relevant keywords, high-quality images, and compelling descriptions.</li><li>Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Teams:</li><li>Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure all property listings align with ongoing campaigns, promotions, and branding efforts. Ensure that the listings reflect the latest offers, prices, and availability.</li><li>Monitor Portal Performance:</li><li>Track the performance of property listings across different portals, identify trends, and suggest strategies to improve listing visibility and engagement.</li><li>Content Creation and Editing:</li><li>Ensure that all property descriptions are engaging, accurate, and compelling while adhering to company branding and communication standards.</li><li>Data Management:</li><li>Maintain an organized database of all property listings and ensure seamless integration between internal systems and external portals.</li><li>Lead Management:</li><li>Monitor leads generated through property listings, ensuring timely follow-up and collaboration with the sales team to convert leads into actual sales or rentals.</li><li>Reporting and Analysis:</li><li>Provide regular reports on portal performance, listing traffic, and lead conversion to the marketing team and senior management. Offer insights and recommendations for improving overall portal strategy.</li><li>Stay Updated with Market Trends:</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the real estate market, as well as changes to portal algorithms, to ensure that property listings remain competitive and aligned with industry best practices.</li></ul>Required Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Education:</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.</li><li>Experience:</li><li>Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing property listings on real estate portals, ideally within a real estate company.</li><li>Proven experience in handling property listings and digital content management.</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Proficiency in managing listings on real estate portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, JustProperty, or similar platforms.</li><li>Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles to improve listing performance and visibility.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM tools and content management systems (CMS).</li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Analytics.</li><li>Communication Skills:</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive property descriptions and communicate professionally with clients and team members.</li><li>Attention to Detail:</li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure listings are accurate, up-to-date, and meet high-quality standards.</li><li>Problem-Solving Skills:</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to property listings and ensure listings are accurately displayed.</li><li>Time Management:</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple listings and tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Desirable Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of real estate industry trends and digital marketing best practices.</li><li>Experience with photo editing tools or basic graphic design for enhancing property listing visuals.</li><li>Experience working with online real estate platforms and understanding of how to maximize their potential.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with different teams to align listings with overall marketing campaigns.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED5,000.00 per monthLocation:<ul><li>Abu Dhabi (Preferred)</li></ul>
