Responsibilities

• Generate and manage property sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations.
• Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities.
• Negotiate and close property transactions.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Stay updated on market trends and available inventory.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, real estate, banking, insurance, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• UAE real estate experience is a plus but not required.
