Job Summary:
ATU Logistics is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and a basic understanding of logistics services. This role involves handling customer inquiries, providing service information, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide information about ATU Logistics' services and pricing.
- Process customer requests, bookings, and documentation.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth service execution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Basic understanding of logistics services (preferred but not required).
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
