Job Description

The Sales Support is responsible for identifying and generating qualified leads for the real estate sales team. This individual will leverage various channels, including online marketing, social media, direct outreach, and networking, to build a strong pipeline of potential clients interested in buying, selling, or renting properties. The Lead Owner will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and ensuring that the sales team is equipped with high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various lead generation techniques, including online advertising, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and real estate listing sites, to generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct outbound outreach (cold calling, emailing, SMS) to generate new leads and nurture existing leads.
  • Attend networking events and engage in community outreach to establish connections with potential clients.
  • Assess the quality of leads based on specific criteria (budget, location preferences, readiness to buy/sell, etc.).
  • Qualify and segment leads, ensuring they are properly categorized for follow-up by the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed records of all leads and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that high-quality leads are passed on to agents for follow-up.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to optimize the lead handoff process, ensuring a smooth transition and follow-through.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team on lead quality, trends, and performance metrics.
  • Manage and update the lead database to ensure accurate tracking and segmentation.
  • Use CRM tools to track, organize, and follow up on leads, ensuring all interactions are logged and followed up on promptly.
  • Continuously assess and improve lead generation strategies based on CRM data insights.
  • Research market trends, consumer behaviour, and local demographics to identify new lead generation opportunities.
  • Stay up to date on the latest real estate trends, tools, and platforms to improve lead generation effectiveness.
  • Analyse the performance of lead generation campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture existing leads and generate new interest.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials aimed at lead generation.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation performance, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Work with management to set and achieve lead generation goals and targets.
  • Continuously refine strategies based on lead generation performance metrics and market feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to engage and qualify leads effectively.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and marketing.
  • High attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Experience with social media platforms and online marketing strategies (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
