Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and clarity.
• Provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver timely updates.
• Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and support.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain adherence to company protocols and uphold service excellence standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service, call center, or support role.
• Language: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, multitasking capability, and attention to detail.
• Work Environment: Must be comfortable working night shifts in a high-paced setting.
