You run the full conversation: open, qualify, handle objections, close. Conversion rate is the only number that matters here. Not dial count. English that holds up naturally on a live call with an American business owner late at night. Night shift availability, Monday through Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, on-site in Gulistan-e-Johar.Under six months total experience &mdash; this role is not the right fit right now.What you earnPKR 50,000&ndash;55,000 guaranteed base, same date every month. ABS has not missed a payroll since 2012. Commission tied directly to your close rate &mdash; our current team members are earning PKR 110,000&ndash;130,000 per month total.
