Receptionist – Front Desk & Data Entry Officer

We are looking for a friendly and responsible person to sit at our front desk and help keep the office running smoothly.

• Salary: PKR 25,000 – 30,000/month
• Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
• Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Your Daily Work Will Include:

• Welcome visitors and guide them to the right person
• Answer phone calls and transfer them to the right department
• Enter data into computer systems and Excel sheets
• Keep the front desk area neat and organized
• Help with basic office paperwork and filing

We Need Someone Who:

• Has at least Intermediate (FA / FSc) education
• Knows basic computer use (MS Word, Excel)
• Can speak Urdu clearly; basic English is a plus
• Is punctual, honest, and well-presented
• Can work evening hours, Monday to Saturday
