Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Handle dispatch, mail, and courier management
- Maintain front desk area, visitor logs, and appointment schedules
- Provide support during interviews (candidate coordination, scheduling, documentation, etc.)
- Assist HR and Admin in basic operational tasks
- Ensure timely communication between departments and maintain proper records
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (Front Desk / Reception)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Active, energetic, and presentable personality
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling)
- Professional attitude and problem-solving approach
