We're launching a Management Trainee – Leadership Pipeline program designed for driven, sharp, early-career professionals who are ready to learn fast and lead sooner. If you've ever felt like you're capable of more than your current role offers — this is your opening.

For the first 3 to 4 months, you will work directly alongside a Department Manager — shadowing every decision, sitting in every critical meeting, observing how a high-performing team is run, and building the operational knowledge most people spend years trying to acquire. You'll be paid a competitive salary the entire time. Then, based on your performance and strengths, you'll step into a confirmed leadership role — as a Senior Sales Specialist, Team Manager, or lead within our Compliance or QA division.

We're not looking for someone who needs to be managed. We're looking for someone who's ready to become the manager.

What You'll Do During the Training Period (Months 1–4)

  • Shadow the Department Manager across all daily operations — floor management, team briefings, performance reviews, and escalation handling
  • Observe and participate in sales team supervision, coaching sessions, and shift debriefs
  • Learn how KPIs are set, tracked, and enforced at the team level
  • Assist the manager in identifying performance gaps and recommending corrective actions
  • Develop a working understanding of compliance standards, QA protocols, and reporting structures
  • Build relationships across departments and establish credibility with team members
  • Take on increasing levels of responsibility as training progresses
  • Complete structured assessments at the end of each month to track readiness for promotion

What You'll Own After Promotion (Month 4 Onward)

Depending on performance and organizational fit, you will be placed in one of the following:

  • Team Manager — Direct supervision of a sales or operations team; running shift briefings, managing performance, and owning team output
  • Senior Sales Specialist — Leading sales floor activity, mentoring junior reps, and driving conversion metrics
  • QA / Compliance Lead — Overseeing quality assurance processes, conducting call audits, and ensuring team adherence to company and client standards

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum Intermediate (FSc or A-levels)
  • Strong command of spoken and written English
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and command attention in group settings
  • Confident interpersonal presence — you walk into a room and people take notice
  • Availability to work the full night shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
  • Based in Karachi with the ability to commute to Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 14
  • High energy, self-motivated, and genuinely eager to grow into a leadership role
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven on-site environment

Compensation

  • Monthly salary of PKR 35,000 to PKR 40,000determined at the time of offer based on your background and interview performance.
  • This is a fully paid structured training program, not an unpaid internship.
  • Upon successful promotion to a managerial role, your compensation will be revised upward in line with your new responsibilities.
