Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the aluminum factory, including casting, extrusion, fabrication, finishing, and packaging
• Monitor production output and ensure targets are met within established timelines and budgets.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Schedule and allocate resources (personnel, equipment, materials) effectively.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet required specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and finished products.
• Supervise, train, and motivate production staff.
• Delegate tasks effectively and provide guidance and support to team members.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel to schedule preventative maintenance.
• Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Prepare and submit regular production reports, including output, efficiency, and quality metrics.
• Qualifications:
• Proven experience (4 -7 years ) as a Supervisor in an aluminum factory or similar manufacturing environment.
• Must have Gcc experience.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum processing techniques (e.g., casting, extrusion, fabrication, finishing).
• Excellent understanding of quality control and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
• Must have valid Gcc driving license .
