Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Enforce and oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) systems in accordance with company policies, project requirements, and statutory regulations.</li><li>Carry out routine site inspections, hazard identification, and risk evaluations to ensure safe working conditions and compliance.</li><li>Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports and monitor implementation of corrective actions.</li><li>Conduct site safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE awareness sessions for employees and subcontractors.</li><li>Ensure correct usage of PPE and compliance with approved safety procedures and permit-to-work systems.</li><li>Assist in the development, review, and implementation of HSE documentation including risk assessments, method statements, and emergency procedures.</li><li>Liaise with project teams, supervisors, and subcontractors to promote a strong safety culture and safe work practices.</li><li>Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, statistics, and legal compliance documentation.</li><li>Support internal audits, client inspections, and regulatory authority visits.</li><li>Monitor environmental aspects such as waste management, pollution control, and sustainability practices on site.</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Environmental Management, or a related discipline.</li><li>3&ndash;6 years of relevant HSE experience in construction, industrial, infrastructure, or facilities projects.</li><li>Valid HSE certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or OSHA (mandatory or preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations, codes of practice, and international safety standards.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
