Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive who is currently locally available in Bahrain and can join immediately. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Bahrain labor law, HR operations, employee relations, and government-related HR processes.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks</li><li>Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes</li><li>Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately</li><li>Support recruitment activities including screening and interview coordination</li><li>Process leave management, attendance, and employee requests</li><li>Coordinate visa processing, LMRA, GOSI, and other Bahrain government-related HR procedures</li><li>Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor law and company HR policies</li><li>Assist in payroll preparation and employee benefits administration</li><li>Support employee engagement and HR initiatives</li><li>Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of HR experience preferred</li><li>Strong understanding of Bahrain labor law and HR processes</li><li>Experience handling LMRA, GOSI, and employee documentation is an advantage</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications</li><li>Ability to multitask and work independently</li><li>Must be locally available in Bahrain</li><li>Immediate joiners will be given preference</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Attention to detail and confidentiality</li><li>Problem-solving and coordination abilities</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Junior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and manage all employees</li><li>Set and implement performance standards, including safe practices and quality standards</li><li>Reject work that is not up to shop standards</li><li>Establish priorities to serve the Company&rsquo;s priorities priorities</li><li>Issue daily work assignments and track progress by worker/task/project</li><li>Assess drawings and coordinate with Manager for service delivery</li><li>Develop and order materials list for each project</li><li>Order and maintain store stock</li><li>Be familiar with overall project schedule and plan for timely delivery of services</li><li>Maintain data entry of all labor/materials and equipment</li><li>Approve invoices and submit for payment</li><li>Assess site conditions and recommend changes</li><li>Maintain clean and orderly shop and equipment/tools</li><li>Respond to emergencies</li><li>Counsel workers regarding labor relations issues</li><li>Research material purchases and prepare paperwork for requisitions</li><li>Interact with faculty, suppliers and contractors</li><li>Handle all employee disciplinary issues</li><li>Establish schedules forecasts &amp; track actuals to plan and Reports</li><li>Fluency in Microsoft Project &amp; current version of AutoCAD</li><li>Perform feasibility studies</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Knowledge of all construction trades with emphasis on finish carpentry.</li><li>Must have 5- 7 years&rsquo; experience in similar roles.</li><li>Estimating for labor and materials</li><li>Training and guiding all employees</li><li>Ability to counsel employees</li><li>Understand and implement safe/compliant work practices</li><li>Able to utilize computer systems (i.e. Work Order Management Systems &amp; MS Project for schedules)</li><li>Must be able to work with men, project managers and supervisors of other trades</li><li>Must also defend the University concerning any grievance filed by the Union.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
