We are currently looking for dynamic, results-driven professionals to join our team as Manager Warehouse. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of warehouse staff, and ensuring the highest level of inventory control, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in optimizing operational performance, achieving cost and efficiency targets, and maintaining a safe, secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring they align with company objectives and meet customer requirements.
• Lead, manage, and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring an effective team dynamic and efficient operation.
• Monitor and evaluate operational KPIs, adjusting ensure targets are met.
• Manage inventory control, including receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely delivery of goods.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Control operational costs by optimizing resource allocation, including managing headcount, direct labor, and temporary staff.
• Prepare and analyze reports on inventory, inbound/outbound operations, and performance metrics, providing feedback to management and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing development for warehouse personnel.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 8-years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Customer-centric approach and ability to prioritize customer needs
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.
• Efficient in planning, organizing, and managing multiple tasks.
