Core Growth Pvt. Ltd. is a US-based digital marketing agency delivering high-impact solutions to clients worldwide. We're currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive GMB Associate to manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for our international client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, update, and optimize Google My Business (GMB) listings for multiple clients.
- Ensure business information (NAP - Name, Address, Phone), business hours, categories, and other attributes are accurate and up to date.
- Respond to reviews and questions from users in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor GMB insights and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Handle GMB suspensions, verifications, reinstatements, and compliance issues.
- Coordinate with the content and design teams to create engaging business descriptions, posts, and visuals.
- Stay informed about Google's latest updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 6 months of experience managing GMB listings or similar local SEO tasks
✔ Strong understanding of local SEO and GMB ranking factors
✔ Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and GMB dashboards
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple profiles accurately
✔ Problem-solving mindset, especially around GMB reinstatements and policy compliance
