Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end management of enterprise-level paid search campaigns, including campaign setup, daily optimizations, ongoing performance analysis, and strategic directions.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance against key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.) and achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure a cohesive strategy that integrates search with other media channels, enhancing the overall marketing mix.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to guide future strategies. Go beyond the numbers to tell the story and drive meaningful changes.
  • Work closely with internal teams and provide regular updates on campaigns’ performance to the management and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure all campaigns are set up and managed with attention to detail, maintaining accuracy and delivering on objectives.
  • General catalog maintenance including, but not limited to, daily auditing of PDPs, maintaining Brand Standards on marketplace, accurately inputting and processing of item information, and ensuring a best-in-class Product Detail Page experience.

Education and Experience:

  • 5-7 years of hands-on performance digital marketing experience.
  • Advanced understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in developing and executing programmatic strategies that align with brand’s objectives, drive performance, and deliver clear results.
  • The ability to clearly articulate insights, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, strategy, analytics, and account teams to execute and optimize campaigns. Able to lead and mentor a team of specialists to achieve collective success.
  • A keen eye for detail, particularly in campaign setup, monitoring, and performance tracking to ensure everything is executed with precision.
  • Strong ability to analyze performance data, derive insights, and translate those into actionable strategies that drive growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
