We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Google Ads & E-commerce Website Expert to manage and scale our online advertising efforts and optimize our e-commerce platform. This is a target-based role, ideal for someone with a proven track record in digital advertising and online sales performance. The right candidate will be experienced in creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, as well as enhancing user experience and conversions on e-commerce websites.

• Plan, execute, and optimize high-performance Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, etc.)
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, A/B testing, and data analysis to improve ROI
• Track, report, and optimize campaign performance based on key KPIs and targets
• Manage and maintain e-commerce website performance (UX, speed, SEO, funnel optimization)
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to improve conversion rates
• Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools for data tracking and analysis
• Stay updated on industry trends and Google Ads policy changes
• Meet and exceed monthly performance targets tied to sales and lead generation

Requirements:

• 6 to 8+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads management and e-commerce
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics
• Proven track record of driving high ROI through paid advertising
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict performance-based goals
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
