As we continue to scale, we are seeking a talented and results-driven Group Digital Marketing Head to join our team. This critical leadership role will oversee all digital marketing efforts across multiple teams, driving performance in both the eCommerce and B2B markets, with a strong emphasis on the USA market.
The Group Digital Marketing Head will lead and manage digital marketing activities, develop comprehensive strategies, optimize campaigns, and guide teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. The ideal candidate brings proven experience managing digital marketing teams and a deep understanding of the USA eCommerce and B2B markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead and manage digital marketing teams, providing vision, direction, and strategy to ensure alignment with company goals and optimal performance.
- Campaign Management: Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, and social media, targeting the USA eCommerce and B2B markets.
- Team Development: Supervise and mentor digital marketing professionals, fostering skill development, innovation, and high team morale.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, content, product, and design teams to align digital efforts with business objectives.
- Market Expertise: Drive strategies to grow market share in the USA eCommerce and B2B sectors, ensuring a strong digital presence.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, adjust strategies, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Budget Management: Oversee the digital marketing budget to maximize ROI across all channels.
- Trends & Innovation: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies, with a focus on US market dynamics in eCommerce and B2B.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role with a proven track record of success.
- Strong expertise in the USA eCommerce and B2B markets, with deep knowledge of tailored digital marketing strategies.
- Experience managing teams, digital campaigns, and multi-channel marketing efforts.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, social media tracking tools).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills with a results-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Expertise in paid media channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

Pay: Rs400,000.00 - Rs600,000.00 per month
