The right candidate should have 15 years of experience in real estate marketing, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategic initiatives and programs for marquee projects in mixed-land use.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marketing Director with a boutique Real Estate Developer.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.
• Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED50,000.00 - AED80,000.00 per month
