We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns, generating leads, and scaling digital strategies — specifically in the online gaming, crypto, or forex domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other performance channels.
• Create targeted lead generation strategies tailored for gaming, crypto, or forex audiences.
• Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics to deliver actionable insights and improve future campaigns.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling creatives and ad copies.
• Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in the digital marketing space.
• A/B test various strategies and optimize for better lead quality and conversion.
• Monitor competitor activity and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the gaming, cryptocurrency, or forex sectors.
• Proven track record of running successful ad campaigns with high ROI and qualified lead generation.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Knowing Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, or Telugu is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on results and performance.
