Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
WE required for our portal - upcoming positions , will be available to different companies for hiring purposes.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new clients across Air, Sea, and Road freight services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, RFQs/RFPs, and presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Drive regional sales strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts within the assigned region.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Negotiation & Commercial Oversight:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements within company policy guidelines.
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
Team & Operational Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, customer service, finance) to ensure seamless execution of shipments and high-quality service delivery.
- Communicate client expectations and specific requirements clearly to internal stakeholders.
Sales Reporting & CRM Management:
- Track all sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
Target Achievement & Accountability:
- Meet and exceed defined sales KPIs – monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Take full ownership of the regional sales pipeline, performance metrics, and revenue goals.
- Contribute to the development of sales policies, goals, and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in freight forwarding sales (Air, Sea, Road).
- Demonstrated success in a regional sales or business development role with managerial accountability.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
