Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

WE required for our portal - upcoming positions , will be available to different companies for hiring purposes.

  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new clients across Air, Sea, and Road freight services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, RFQs/RFPs, and presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Drive regional sales strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts within the assigned region.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Negotiation & Commercial Oversight:

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements within company policy guidelines.
  • Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.

Team & Operational Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams (operations, customer service, finance) to ensure seamless execution of shipments and high-quality service delivery.
  • Communicate client expectations and specific requirements clearly to internal stakeholders.

Sales Reporting & CRM Management:

  • Track all sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.

Target Achievement & Accountability:

  • Meet and exceed defined sales KPIs – monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Take full ownership of the regional sales pipeline, performance metrics, and revenue goals.
  • Contribute to the development of sales policies, goals, and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in freight forwarding sales (Air, Sea, Road).
  • Demonstrated success in a regional sales or business development role with managerial accountability.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel within the region as required.
