We’re looking for a strategic, driven, and hands-on Head of Operations to lead the operational backbone of our fast-growing iGaming platform. This leadership role calls for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves optimizing systems, and can deliver top-tier user experiences while scaling operations smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the daily operations of our iGaming platform — covering customer support, game uptime, risk and fraud management, and backend workflows.
• Build and implement efficient processes and systems that ensure smooth, reliable, and compliant operations.
• Work closely with marketing, product, tech, and customer support teams to continuously improve platform performance and user experience.
• Monitor KPIs, operational data, and reports to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships, service providers, and third-party integrations.
• Hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing operations team to meet SLAs and performance goals.
• Quickly troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.
• Keep up with industry trends, implement operational best practices, and drive innovation in gaming operations.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of operations management experience — preferably within the iGaming or online entertainment industry.
• Strong knowledge of gaming platforms, payment systems, and risk management processes.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results in a high-growth environment.
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Data-driven decision maker with a sharp eye for operational detail.
• Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages (Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu) is a bonus.
