To assist in planning, coordinating, and controlling the manufacturing processes to ensure timely production with optimal resource utilization, inventory management, and cost efficiency. The role supports the Manager PPC in ensuring smooth execution of production schedules and aligning them with customer demand and company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement short-term and long-term production plans in coordination with production, procurement, sales, and inventory departments.
• Monitor daily production and coordinate with production teams to ensure adherence to schedules.
• Ensure raw materials and components are available to meet production timelines.
• Analyze production capacity and recommend improvements for process optimization.
• Track key production metrics (KPIs) like on-time delivery, efficiency, waste, etc.
• Collaborate with inventory and warehouse teams for stock accuracy and timely material issuance.
• Assist in demand forecasting, material requirement planning (MRP), and capacity planning (CRP).
• Manage ERP or planning software for production tracking and reporting.
• Identify potential delays or bottlenecks and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, 5S, or Six Sigma.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in production planning/control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Experience in forecasting, material planning, and capacity utilization.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
