Al Marwan Group is actively looking for a HSE Officer to join our dynamic team in Sharjah. We are a leading name in the construction and heavy equipment industry, committed to maintaining the highest safety standards across all our operations. This role is crucial for ensuring a safe and compliant work environment and supporting our ongoing projects throughout the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and ensure compliance with Al Marwan Group’s HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits regularly.
• Deliver HSE training programs and toolbox talks to employees and subcontractors.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive actions.
• Monitor the use of PPE and promote safe working practices.
• Maintain HSE documentation in compliance with UAE regulations and company standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align safety goals with operational needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical background is a plus).
• 2–4 years of experience in the mechanical or construction industry within the UAE.
• NEBOSH IGC and IOSH certifications are mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of heavy equipment/mobile plants is a plus.
• Strong understanding of UAE safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – English and Hindi are a must; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in incident analysis and preventive planning.
