 . The role ensures compliance with UAE Labour Law, supports site, camp, and office operations, and acts as a key HR partner to management.
 
 
 While the role supports the entire Group,
 
 prior experience within the construction sector is strongly preferred
 
 , given the nature of site-based operations and workforce requirements.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 HR Operations &amp; Employee Lifecycle
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee end-to-end HR operations across Group businesses, sites, camps, and offices
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, renewals, and amendments
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with PRO / Government Relations on visas, labour cards, Emirates ID, medicals, and cancellations
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate personnel records, HR systems, and documentation
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Payroll &amp; Attendance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supervise and coordinate monthly payroll processing across Group entities
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and validate attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, and deductions
 </li>

 Ensure payroll accuracy in line with employment contracts and UAE Labour Law
 </li>

 Coordinate with Finance to resolve payroll discrepancies

 Support WPS compliance and payroll audits as required

 Camps &amp; Workforce Administration

 Supervise HR-related camp administration, including accommodation allocation, transfers, and exits

 Act as the HR focal point for camp-related employee matters

 Employee Relations &amp; Supervision

 Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations

 Support management with manpower planning and workforce coordination

 Required Experience &amp; Qualifications

 Minimum 4 years of HR experience in the UAE

 Proven experience in HR operations, payroll coordination, and camp administration

 Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and WPS requirements

 Maintain and regularly reconcile bank accounts, supplier balances, customer accounts, and intercompany transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

 Support preparation of monthly management reports and schedules

 VAT &amp; Tax Compliance:

 Handle UAE VAT accounting for domestic and export transactions

 Ensure correct VAT treatment for imports, exports, zero-rated and exempt supplies

 Maintain VAT documentation in line with FTA requirements

 Import / Export &amp; Customs Accounting:

 Review and record customs declarations, BOE, COO, commercial invoices, and packing lists

 Ensure proper accounting treatment of customs duty, import VAT, freight, insurance, and clearing charges
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with clearing agents and logistics teams to verify documentation and cost allocations
 </li>
 <li>
 Reconcile shipment-related costs against supplier and freight invoices
 </li>

 Payables, Receivables &amp; Controls:

 Process supplier invoices and initiate payments in accordance with approved terms and procedures.

 Issue customer invoices and follow up on receivables when required

 Ensure proper filing and documentation for audits and internal controls

 Assist in external audits and respond to auditor queries

 Qualifications &amp; Experience:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

 Practical experience in VAT accounting and compliance in the UAE

 Strong exposure to import/export transactions and customs documentation

 Previous experience in a logistics, trading, shipping, or distribution company is highly preferred
