Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Infrastructure Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic development, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure systems that support the company's portfolio of assets and properties. This role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the infrastructure systems align with business objectives and ensure operational efficiency, security, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Management : Lead the planning, design, and management of all infrastructure systems, including building management systems (BMS), mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, IT infrastructure, and energy management solutions for our properties.
• Asset Performance Optimization : Implement proactive maintenance programs and upgrades to enhance the performance and longevity of assets under management.
• Technology Integration : Work closely with the IT team to integrate new technologies and systems, including smart building solutions, cloud-based asset management platforms, and IoT-enabled devices, to optimize property operations and tenant experiences.
• Vendor Management : Oversee relationships with external contractors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring that contracts are adhered to and performance levels meet the company's standards for quality, cost, and sustainability.
• Budget & Resource Management : Develop and manage the infrastructure-related budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high levels of service and compliance with industry standards.
• Health, Safety & Compliance : Ensure that all infrastructure systems comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines. Lead audits and inspections to mitigate risks and address any compliance issues.
• Project Management : Lead and manage infrastructure-related capital projects, including system upgrades, refurbishments, and new installations. Monitor project timelines, costs, and quality.
• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure specialists, engineers, and support staff, providing guidance, training, and professional development opportunities to ensure high-performance results.
• Sustainability Initiatives : Identify and implement energy-efficient and sustainable infrastructure solutions in alignment with corporate sustainability goals and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Property Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure management, preferably within the asset and property management sector.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Experience with energy management systems, smart building technologies, and sustainability practices.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships effectively.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience in handling complex infrastructure projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
