Senior Interior Designer

 Role Purpose
 
 
 Lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned real estate / construction projects from post-concept through procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and handover. The role ensures projects are executed in line with approved development plans, budgets, quality, safety, and time targets, while effectively managing consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
 
 
 
 
 
 2. Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 A. Project Planning &amp; Delivery

 Execute the project delivery and execution plan, drawing on information from the Development team and other functions, ensuring alignment with overall development strategies and timelines.

 Ensure all necessary building permits and statutory approvals are obtained at each stage of the project.

 Identify, escalate and coordinate mitigation plans for project risks and issues, raising critical matters to the Senior Project Director as needed.
