Head of Technology & Digital Services

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced technology leader to oversee IT operations, digital initiatives, enterprise applications, cloud services, cybersecurity, and service delivery across a diverse business environment.

The role will be responsible for driving technology strategy, improving operational performance, strengthening governance, and delivering technology solutions that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT operations, including infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, applications, and end-user support.
• Develop and execute technology and digital transformation initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Oversee IT service delivery, governance, policies, standards, and continuous improvement activities.
• Manage technology vendors, contracts, budgets, and service providers.
• Ensure the security, availability, and resilience of technology platforms and services.
• Lead business continuity, disaster recovery, and technology risk management initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology enablement.
• Develop and lead technology teams, ensuring high levels of performance and service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of experience within enterprise technology environments, including leadership responsibility.
• Strong experience across IT operations, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and service management.
• Experience managing technology transformation, governance, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and deliver technology initiatives across complex environments.

Preferred Experience

• Experience within diversified groups, shared services environments, aviation, real estate, industrial services, or similar sectors.
• Exposure to Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, ERP systems, and IT governance frameworks.
• Professional certifications in cloud, cybersecurity, IT service management, or project management are advantageous.
