Position Overview:

Cybernet is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Total Quality Management (TQM) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing insightful dashboards, and contributing to data-driven decision-making. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Analyze datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and other analytics tools.
• Work with geospatial data and mapping tools to enhance data visualization.
• Assist in data documentation and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business intelligence needs.
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Monitor and track KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement in business performance.
• Conduct post-analysis to validate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, and Python (preferred).
• Knowledge of GIS tools and geospatial data handling (a plus).
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and coordination.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying trends and suggesting improvements.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and consistency in data reporting.
