CrecenTech Systems Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Business Analyst. The ideal candidate must have well hands-on in business analytics, Client Handling, project management tools, and frameworks. You need to be highly analytical and detail-oriented, write down user stories, define acceptance criteria and participate in all development phases.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating business processes, eliciting, analyzing, elaborating, and specifying software requirements including functional, quality, usability, and other non-functional requirements.
• Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals.
• Procuring Demo calling to new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
• Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
• Interacts with subject matter experts, product owners, customers, and other requirements providers to elicit and clarify business requirements.
• Present products in a clean and organized manner also give hands-on online training and demos to our customers.
• Frequently coordinate and follow-up with clients and other stakeholders to ensure that tickets are closed on time.
• Data Preparation for analysis and troubleshooting.
• Handling Client calls for product info. & Technical support.
• Reviewing front end, databases, application interfaces, and logs to troubleshoot and fix problems
• Write down user stories, define acceptance criteria and participate in all development phases.
• Leading frequent team meetings on progress, risks, detailed reporting, and ensuring team members are aware of their tasks clearly and transparently.
• Developing comprehensive end-to-end test cases and leading a QA team to ensure high-quality standards.
• Carrying out periodic quality checks and Performing user acceptance testing.
• Facilitate project teams during impact analysis for software change requests.
• Good hands-on in business analytics, project management tools, and frameworks such as JIRA, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Carrying out training sessions and workshops to guide relevant teams.
• Good knowledge of Project Management Systems, HRMS, Time Tracking Tools, CRM, and Cloud Systems.
• Create product manuals, record online training, and maintain and enhance content on our training portal.
• The candidate must have technical product support, training demos, Ticketing systems, Technical Guide/System Guide, and sales follow-up experience.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a business analyst in a reputed IT/Software Development company.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Excellent documentation skills and technical skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A track record of following through on commitments.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
