Primary Skills:

Legal Advisory Wholesale Banking: Support corporate investment banking teams on syndicated and bilateral transactions, ensuring timely execution.

Legal Knowledge: Good understanding of UAE and international banking legislation and financial laws across jurisdictions.

Transaction Documentation: Draft, review, and negotiate LMA-standard agreements, wholesale banking documents, ensuring legal and credit compliance.

Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks in financing and documentation.

Project Management: Demonstrated track record in managing and contributing to projects.

Due Diligence: Conduct legal and credit assessments on counterparties and transactions.

External Counsel: Experience in engaging and managing external counsel, and quality assurance.

Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks in financial transactions.

Transaction Management: Experience handling syndicated and bilateral financing, cross-border deals, and due diligence.

Strategic Advisory: Providing high-level legal counsel on corporate lending, investments, and securities.

Problem-Solving: Analytical thinking and commercial acumen to develop innovative legal solutions.

Communication & Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement, mentoring colleagues, team player.

Experience::

Qualifications: Law graduate with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in LMA-standard corporate, commercial, banking and finance documentation.

Language & Tech: Proficient in English (Arabic preferred) and computer-literate.
