Location: Chaklala Scheme 3, Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

Experience: 6 Month Plus.

Our BPO is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with our senior designers, marketing team, and other departments to bring visual concepts to life across digital and print media. This is a great opportunity to build your portfolio, learn from experienced creatives, and grow your design skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and production of digital and print materials including social media graphics, presentations, flyers, banners, and email templates and documents etc.
• Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions
• Support the creation and maintenance of brand assets and visual guidelines
• Edit and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices
• Help prepare files for production and ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong sense of layout, typography, and color theory
• Basic understanding of digital design (social media, web banners, email design)
• A portfolio showcasing design projects and creativity
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to take feedback constructively and work well in a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
