Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and passionate Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing, arranging, and maintaining floral displays while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Floral Design & Arrangement:

• Create floral arrangements for events, weddings, funerals, corporate clients, and everyday occasions.
• Design custom bouquets and centerpieces based on client specifications.
• Stay updated on floral design trends and techniques.

Customer Service:

• Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that suit their needs.
• Provide consultations for special events and occasions.
• Handle inquiries and process orders in-person, over the phone, and online.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and maintain fresh stock of flowers, plants, and supplies.
• Place orders with suppliers and manage delivery schedules.
• Ensure proper care and handling of floral inventory to maximize freshness.

Shop Maintenance:

• Keep the workspace, tools, and display areas clean and organized.
• Create and maintain attractive window and in-store displays.
• Handle cash register operations and maintain accurate sales records.

Marketing & Promotion:

• Contribute to social media marketing by showcasing floral arrangements.
• Collaborate on promotional campaigns for holidays, weddings, and other events.
• Build and maintain relationships with regular and corporate clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a florist or floral designer.
• Strong creativity and an eye for design and color.
• Knowledge of flower care and maintenance techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle heavy items.
• Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.
