Responsibilities:

• Should be able to run the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, flyers, banners, photos etc.
• Able to shape the visual aspects of print material, websites, flyers, brochures, promotional material, exhibition related material and more.
• Able to create graphics which capture the attention of those who see it and communicate the right message. For this, the ideal candidate needs to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design
• Well versed, communicantes well and works methodically as part of a team
• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
• Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
• Coordinating within the department, printers, and colleagues as necessary
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, print material and websites with software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Desired candidate profile:

• Proven graphic designing experience
• 4+ years in professional commercial design, preferably with marketing or creative agency
• Extensive experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and relevant software - specifically with mockups, print/digital design and multimedia presentations
• A strong portfolio of relevant graphics on Behance, Deviant, Pinterest etc.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Degree/Certifications in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Experience with computer-aided design
