4. Roles Covered: Chef de Cuisine level and above, and other departments' management positions.

5. Engagement: Official or unofficial, accommodating your current schedule.

6. Hours: Very limited and highly flexible.

7. Income: Commission-based.

8. Further Opportunity: Potential to become a recruitment partner.

9. Ideal Candidate: Highly networked at the Executive Chef level or higher.
