We are looking for an Associate Consultant with a strong foundational knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS). The ideal candidate should be eager to develop expertise in ISO 20000 (ITSM) and ISO 22301 (BCMS), supporting the implementation, assessment, and compliance initiatives under the guidance of senior consultants. This role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of experience who is eager to build a career in the ITSM and BCMS domains.

ITSM Support:

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ISO 20000-based IT Service Management Systems (ITSMS).
• Support service maturity assessments, gap analyses, and process improvements.
• Help in documenting and maintaining ITSM policies, procedures, and processes (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management).
• Participate in internal audits and assist clients in preparing for external certification audits.
  
  
  

BCMS Support:

• Assist in the implementation and review of ISO 22301-based Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS).
• Support Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessment exercises.
• Help in documenting business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Assist in testing and simulation exercises for business continuity readiness.
• Support the preparation of BCMS policies, procedures, and compliance reports.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, Business Continuity, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL Foundation, ISO 22301 Foundation, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience: 1-2 years in ITSM, BCMS, or IT governance-related roles.
• Basic understanding of ISO 20000, ITIL service management principles, and ITSM tools.
• Knowledge of ISO 22301 business continuity planning, risk assessment, and resilience strategies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong documentation, report writing, and research skills.
