<div>Inbox Business Technologies is hiring an Assistant Manager &ndash; International Sales to support B2B solution/service selling in an IT Services / System Integrator (SI) / Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. The role is proposal-heavy and requires strong stakeholder coordination, a solution-focused mindset, and comfort supporting international customer engagements across cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP ecosystems (Oracle / SAP / Odoo) and related IT services.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Support international sales execution for IT Services / SI / MSP offerings (services + solutions).
</li><li>Engage prospects and convert requirements into opportunities, solution narratives, and business cases.
</li><li>Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (pre-sales, delivery, product, finance, etc.) to gather inputs.
</li><li>Create and manage high-quality proposals, including:
</li><li><ul><li>RFP/RFQ responses, SoW/SoW inputs, compliance matrices (where applicable)
</li><li>Commercial + technical proposal packaging (with stakeholder support)
</li></ul></li><li>Develop impactful client presentations / pitch decks aligned with the solution value proposition.
</li><li>Support account-level coordination to ensure smooth communication and stakeholder alignment.
</li><li>Maintain opportunity hygiene and follow-ups (CRM usage as needed)</li><li>
Conduct market and competitor research to support positioning (good-to-have).
</li><li>Demonstrate strong ownership, prioritization, and execution in a target-driven environment.</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (Business / IT / Engineering / Management or relevant).
</li><li>5+ years experience in a relevant role within IT Services / SI / MSP / Tech Consulting environment.
</li><li>Strong experience in proposal development and customer-facing presentations.
</li><li>Understanding of B2B solution/service selling and stakeholder-driven sales support.
</li><li>Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
</li><li>Office-based availability in Islamabad (no remote-only preference).</li></ul>
Preferred Attributes (Nice-to-Have)<ul><li>
Exposure to solutions across: Cybersecurity, Cloud Infrastructure, ERP ecosystems (Oracle / SAP / Odoo), licensing, managed services.
</li><li>Strong PowerPoint / proposal storytelling capability (structuring + clarity + persuasive writing).
</li><li>Analytical mindset and reporting exposure.</li><li>
Familiarity with bid/RFP portals and structured proposal workflows.
</li><li>Familiarity with CRM tools
