Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Consultant with a solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in supporting the implementation of ISO 20000 (ITSM) and ISO 22301 (BCMS), conducting assessments, and ensuring IT services are aligned with business continuity objectives. This role is perfect for someone with 4-5 years of experience who is eager to grow their career in the ITSM and BCMS domains.
ITSM Expertise:
- Assist in the implementation and auditing of ISO 20000-based IT Service Management Systems (ITSMS).
- Conduct service maturity assessments, gap analyses, and process improvements.
- Prepare and maintain ITSM policies, procedures, and service management processes.
- Support clients in preparing for ISO 20000 certification audits, including documentation and non-conformity resolution.
- Participate in internal audits and help clients prepare for external certification audits.
- Assist in ITSM tool selection, configuration, and integration (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy).
BCMS Expertise:
- Assist in the implementation and assessment of ISO 22301-based Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS).
- Conduct business impact analyses (BIA), risk assessments, and continuity planning.
- Support the development and enforcement of business continuity policies, procedures, and controls.
- Assist in BCMS policy and procedure development to ensure compliance with ISO 22301.
- Participate in BCMS awareness sessions, training, and testing exercises.
- Provide documentation support for ISO 22301 certification audits.
- Assist in the implementation of BCMS tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Riskonnect, RecoveryPlanner, Everbridge, etc.).
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as ITIL Intermediate, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/ Auditor, CBCP, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- 4-5 years of experience in ITSM and BCMS or related roles.
- Working knowledge of ITIL, ISO 22301, and other relevant frameworks/regulations.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
