Position Overview: We are seeking a versatile and creative Content Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in content writing for blogs, social media, email marketing, websites, and playbooks or eBooks as well as animation scripts with a strong understanding of SEO practices and a basic knowledge of design principles. This role requires a multi-talented individual who can craft compelling content, optimize it for search engines, and boost our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Write and edit high-quality blog posts, website content, social media, email campaigns, and other digital materials that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.
• SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization.
• Email Marketing: Create varied content for email marketing campaigns tweaked according to the subject matter, including creating engaging copy, designing templates, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Website Content Management: Revamp website content, ensuring it is current, relevant, and optimized for both users and search engines.
• Design Support: Utilize basic design skills to create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and other assets for content and marketing materials.
• Analytics and Reporting: Analyze feedback and content performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and content strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content writing, with a portfolio showcasing blog posts, website content, and email marketing materials.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
• An understanding / experience of crafting content for accounting and or fintech sector will be added bonus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
• Basic or advanced knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform content strategies.
• The ability to use AI intelligently for research and productivity without it affecting the quality of your work.

• The use of Chat GPT whereby the entire content is spun through an AI tool or simply copy pasted and edited through Quillbot. We can see right through it
