Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Auto Parts Storekeeper to manage the inventory of auto parts in our store or warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock levels, efficient part distribution, and timely record-keeping to support smooth operations in sales and service departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming auto parts and supplies.
- Organize and maintain parts inventory using proper labeling and storage systems.
- Issue parts to mechanics or sales staff based on requests and job orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing for reordering as needed.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement using inventory management software or manual logs.
- Ensure parts are stored in a clean and safe manner to prevent damage or deterioration.
- Assist in processing returns and warranty parts.
- Coordinate with suppliers and delivery personnel when needed.
- Keep the storage area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in inventory or warehouse management is a plus.
- Prior experience in automotive parts or warehouse operations preferred.
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts and components.
- Familiarity with inventory software (e.g., ERP, SAP, or specialized auto parts systems).
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift and move heavy items.
- Attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
