Position Overview:
Cybernet is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Supply Chain Management team as a Supply Chain Intern. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain practical experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, while contributing to core SCM functions such as procurement, inventory control, logistics, and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of purchase orders with vendors.
- Support daily data entry, documentation, and reporting activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and update stock records accordingly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Participate in supplier evaluations and support ongoing process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and effective verbal/written communication.
- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Familiarity with ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
