Media Planner will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing media strategies to ensure maximum audience engagement and ROI. You will work closely with clients, creative teams, and media vendors to craft effective advertising campaigns across various platforms.

- Develop and execute media plans that align with campaign objectives and target audience insights.
- Research and analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies.
- Select the most suitable media platforms (digital, TV, radio, print, outdoor, etc.) for campaign execution.
- Collaborate with creative and account management teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Negotiate media buys, placements, and budgets with vendors to achieve cost efficiency.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging media channels, and technological advancements.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and client reviews.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Media Studies, Advertising, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in media planning, buying, or advertising.
- Strong understanding of digital and traditional media channels.
- Proficiency in media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Nielsen, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- A data-driven mindset with a passion for strategic planning.
