Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Policy Development: Create and implement internal compliance policies aligned with legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Monitoring & Auditing: Oversee daily operations to ensure adherence to company guidelines and regulatory requirements. Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and investigations to identify potential non-compliance.
- Training & Awareness: Lead compliance training sessions and support awareness initiatives across departments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with departments like HR, Legal, and Operations to ensure a unified approach to compliance.
- External Liaison: Coordinate with external auditors, legal consultants, and regulatory bodies to maintain proper compliance.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of compliance activities, breaches, and corrective actions.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with national and international compliance standards, including GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in compliance, legal, audit, or risk management roles preferred.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX is highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Strong ethical judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Gender Requirement: This position is open to female applicants only.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be available to work the evening shift from 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM.
