Job Description

We are looking for a compliance-focused e-commerce professional with hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts. This role is ideal for someone who understands the ins and outs of Amazon FBA/FBM operations and knows how to keep accounts healthy, listings compliant, and risks under control.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced team ensuring that our marketplace operations run smoothly, follow all platform policies, and stay ahead of any issues that could disrupt business. If you're organized, detail-driven, and know what it takes to maintain compliance across global e-commerce platforms—we’d love to connect.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Keeping an eye on all things compliance—especially across Amazon—to make sure our listings, returns, orders, and communications follow platform rules.
  • Monitoring account health metrics like ODR, VTR, and late shipment rate, and taking proactive steps to prevent problems.
  • Managing and monitoring product reviews and ratings to ensure they meet platform guidelines, identifying trends, and flagging any suspicious or non-compliant activity.
  • Running internal audits to spot potential compliance issues and resolve them before they impact account performance.
  • Handling warnings, ASIN suppressions, and disputes—documenting and resolving them quickly and professionally.
  • Collaborating with product, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure compliance is part of every step of our process.
  • Communicating with Amazon Seller Support and platform reps when needed to handle escalations.
  • Keeping clear, organized records of any compliance activity, audit logs, and resolutions.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, E-commerce, Compliance, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working directly with Amazon Seller Central, including listing compliance, account health, and resolving violations.
  • Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Walmart, or eBay.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce regulations and platform-specific compliance requirements.
  • Someone with great attention to detail—you’re good at spotting issues early and fixing them fast.
  • Clear and confident communication skills—you can explain policies and respond professionally both internally and to platforms.
  • Comfortable using Amazon Seller tools, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM platforms, and internal dashboards.
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-moving e-commerce environment.
