Job Summary:

The Data Analyst for the Aftersales Workshop will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting workshop performance data to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze workshop performance data, including service times, repair efficiency, technician productivity, and parts usage.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and revenue per service.
• Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement using data-driven insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track workshop operations and performance.
• Provide regular reports to management on workshop efficiency, cost analysis, and profitability.
• Present data findings in a clear and actionable manner using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Work closely with the workshop team to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-backed solutions.
• Assist in optimizing resource allocation, including technician scheduling and spare parts inventory.
• Analyze warranty claims and service trends to minimize costs and improve service quality.
• Liaise with workshop managers, service advisors, and finance teams to align data insights with business objectives.
• Support decision-making by providing data-driven recommendations for operational improvements.
• Ensure accurate data entry and validation to maintain data integrity.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the automotive or aftersales service industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (Advanced), SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Knowledge of ERP or workshop management systems is an advantage.
• Experience with statistical analysis and process optimization techniques.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
